General conditions

Booking

  • All reservations are confirmed by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay.
  • The deposit is not refundable.
  • 40% of the pro forma amount must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Arrivals and Departures

  • Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure unless otherwise requested and subject to availability.

Payment method

  • Payment methods accepted on site: Visa, Mastercard, Mastercard, Orange Money, Orange Money, Cash.

The Animals

  • For reasons of hygiene, animals are not allowed in the Lodge rooms.

Cancellation conditions

  • 30% of the total amount if cancellation occurs between J-45 and D-30 before scheduled arrival. The deposit is not refundable but it is possible to postpone your stay to a later date (valid for 12 months from the supposed arrival date).
  • 50% of the total amount if cancellation occurs between J-29 and D-15 before the scheduled arrival.
  • 70% of the total amount if cancellation occurs between D-14 and D-7 before the scheduled arrival.
  • 100% of the total amount if cancellation occurs D-6 or less before the scheduled arrival.

Practical information

Passport

  • Required to enter Senegal. (6 months margin compared to the return date)
  • Get a passport on time by presenting two identity photos and your identity card to your municipal administration.

Vaccines

  • Vaccinations against yellow fever and hepatitis A and B strongly recommended.
  • Plan antimalarial treatment, starting the day before departure.

Health and Safety

  • Build a first-aid kit containing medications for diarrhea, nausea, intestinal cramps, as well as probiotics.
  • Pack high sun protection and anti-mosquito products.
  • For eyeglass wearers, bring a spare pair.

Hygiene

  • Wash your hands regularly.
  • Avoid drinking tap water; use bottled water for all uses, including brushing teeth.
